Heidi Klum puts divorce claim on paper

GERMAN supermodel Heidi Klum has filed for divorce from her British singer husband Seal, her spokesman says.
The legal move comes two and a half months after the pair announced their separation.
Klum cited "irreconcilable differences" in her divorce petition filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court, which shows that the pair signed a post-nuptial agreement, according to the TMZ celebrity news website.

The "Party of Five" star plays a high-class escort in the new Lifetime show "The Client List" and posed in trailers wearing a black satin dressing gown open to reveal a black plunge bra.

But TV magazines have digitally reduced her DD bust for the US audience.

Currently, Curtis is reprising her role as Dr. Samantha Ryan in TV's highest-rated scripted show, "NCIS." This will be her third time guest starring on the show as a possible love interest for Mark Harmon's character, Special Agent Gibbs.

"Gibbs is one of the most interesting male characters on TV," Curtis said. "What I love, is that every woman I know is holding out hope, particularly single women - even some married women - that if they wait long enough, Gibbs will wait for them."

Actress Amanda Bynes was arrested early Friday morning in the Los Angeles-area community of West Hollywood on suspicion of drunk driving after her car struck a sheriff's vehicle, a police spokesman said.
Bynes, 26, was taken into custody around 3 a.m. after her black BMW apparently struck a Los Angeles County sheriff's patrol car that was stopped at an intersection, according to Lt. William Nash of the West Hollywood police station.
"There was minor paint transfer damage to both vehicles. An investigation was conducted at the scene, and ... Bynes was subsequently arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol," Nash said.
